Let’s get right into making this chocolate goodness!
Here’s what you will need:
1 cup of Greek yogurt ( Fage is my favorite and I feel the best for this recipe)
1 tablespoon of sugar free chocolate pudding
Simply put the yogurt in a bowl and add the sugar free chocolate pudding and mix well. As you are mixing, it will start to look like a rich chocolaty mouse.
You can eat it right away, or what I like to do is take two pretty dessert or wine glasses and make two servings out of it.
The presentation part makes it feel even more decadent. I feel like I just ordered chocolate mousse at a restaurant.
This has become my evening snack lately. I like to add fruit sometimes too. I add Strawberries, raspberries or blueberries. I love the blueberries, because when I eat this mousse with blueberries, it gives it another level of texture and the blueberries pop. You can chop up some fresh mint and mix it in too.
This brings me so much joy! Food is supposed to bring you joy!
